Product warranty

All the products sold by our website are subject to warranty conditions under the laws in force and in accordance with the manufacturers’ business policies. The products are new, in their original packaging and they originate from sources authorized by each manufacturer. Warranty cannot be claimed in the event of the improper or incorrect use of the product or where the product is deteriorated by the use of blunt objects.

The warranty for the purchased products is ensured by our suppliers or by the manufacturer’s authorized service center, as appropriate.

Adequately packaged products will be shipped with the following documents: product-related documents, supplied by the manufacturer or by the importer.
